Experience

I started out in tutoring by teaching ESL to international students at summer camp. There, I worked with groups of students between five and 14 years old, each at varying levels of ability. I also had experience with student engagement at the camp, as I had to put together assignments and projects to keep students focused and having fun. I've also tutored students in English and French. I had a tutor myself in math as a high school student, so I understand both sides of the tutoring collaboration. I make it a point to understand every student's needs, and I exhibit patience and determination to help them succeed.
